Don Peterson is a partner with Parrish White & Yarnell, P.A., having joined the firm in 2015.
He practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial, business, construction and real estate litigation and corporate transactional matters. Mr. Peterson represents contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, landlords, businesses and high net worth individuals in all facets of dispute resolution.
He has obtained multi-million dollar resolutions for clients and routinely advises clients regarding the resolution of significant creditor issues.
A 1999 graduate of Wayne State University, he earned a Bachelor of Science in business Administration, with a major in Finance. He received his Juris Doctor Degree and Master of Business Administration, specializing in corporate finance, from Wayne State University in 2003.
