Jonathan M. Weirich is an Associate Attorney with Parrish, White, & Yarnell, and practices primarily Commercial and Construction Litigation. He has worked extensively in cases involving complex banking transactions, derivative suits, construction defects, and asset protection. He has also been actively involved in his firm’s Appellate practice.

Mr. Weirich served as Editor-in-Chief of the Ave Maria Law Review, volume 13, where he published a two part edition commemorating the life and writings of Judge Robert H. Bork, and a symposium on family law, in a joint effort with Brigham Young University’s Journal of Law and Public Policy.

During this time he also interned for the Honorable Sheri Polster Chappell, of the Middle District of Florida, where he assisted in research, sentencing, and drafting orders, including one of first impression involving interpretation of the Uniform Commercial Code and negotiable instruments.

Education:

He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2015 from Ave Maria School of Law, and his B.S., cum laude, from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2011.
