Kelly A. Johnson handles complex civil, commercial, construction, financial and business litigation matters, including contractual and tortious liability disputes for her clients. Ms. Johnson represents clients in all phases of Florida state and federal court trial practice and proceedings, as well as in pre-suit negotiations to achieve results for her clients without the need for litigation. She has extensive experience in conducting discovery, case management, legal research and motion practice in cases involving multiple claims and parties to the suit.
Ms. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Florida with honors and the University of Florida, Levin College of Law (J.D., 2007), where she was a member of the Trial Team, appointed to the Order of the Barristers, and honored as the Outstanding Graduate for her mock and clinical trial attorney work.
